Yoga was just plain old yoga. It had nothing special about it. It was just like everyone else. Sure there may have been some different variations, but they were all the same.
Then innovation happened.
The free prize in the cereal box made them stand out and create more sales. It reinvigorated the the cereals that offered the free prize! The HOT was added to yoga and completely reinvigorated the industry. Now yoga without the heat is just boring.
These won’t last forever, they too will get boring. So what is your next innovation going to do for you business?
