Social media can be measured but it’s guaranteed ROI and success definition of how it impacts your brand is and will likely be in a continuous testing phase.
Its all about the consumers/users. We all own the popularity, it’s entire popularity and use, it’s safe to say no one has it all figured out just yet no matter what they advertise.
What we can tell you, is if you are willing to believe that people are the biggest influence to the success of you’re brand, and taking clear measured steps will always prove successful especially in digital marketing.
Provide realistic expectations for yourself and especially the client, measure and report and most of all keep ears and eyes on the ever changing landscape.
