LIV interactive was a proud media sponsor of this event where 140 industry people from both industries came together to discuss the types of opportunities that exist and how to be proactive in the development of project between us.
With speakers like Dean Staples from MTS Allstream, Sean Seaton from Microsoft and Derek Kuhn from Alcatel-Lucent – pioneers in converged media – it was an interesting and educational event in Winnipeg.
Mary Barroll from Barroll Law Offices was a particularly interesting session where she discussed necessary legal items to watch out and prepare for.
Industry leaders like Ryan Fitzgerald of Rogue Nation and Jeff Peeler from Frantic Branded Content + Commercials, Frantic Films taking part in a panel discussion on Opportunities and challenges in monetizing media convergence applications and services, Winnipeg had great local representation lending their expertise to educate the audience on how to take advantage of opportunities existing in our local markets.
