Here is the question, how long do you spend a week on hold or simply avoid going on hold so you don’t bother to call that ‘real voice’ and tend to instead veer more towards miss-communication between emails?

I admit we don’t spend a ton of time on the phone, but it is quite possible that is because it takes too darn long. LucyPhone takes care of the waiting, check out the video below:

This service is certainly well overdue, like years really. I wonder what impact a company like this will make on other startups like it and the overseas ‘real people’ who are employeed to help with call volume. Will the call volume change at all?
